It´s been 20 years since Law No. 158-01 of 9 October 2001 was passed, designed to Foster Tourism Development of the low-growth destinations. DMK Abogados has created numerous legal precedents in the tourism industry as well as directing the legal aspects and creating strategies for structured projects.
