Daniel Josué Zavala Guzmán joined the firm as a junior lawyer with the Dispute Resolution Department and the Corporate/Commercial Department in 2021. He has more than 3 years of experience as a lawyer, focusing on labor litigation.
Prior to joining DMK Abogados, Daniel was part of the litigation team in a Dominican law firm. Some of his most recent cases include defending hotels, call centers and construction companies in lawsuits filed by employees.
Specializing in Corporate Law, Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in 2021. Since beginning his law studies, he has been part of the litigation team of a local law firm, focused on labor litigation.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
