Of the total visitors received in February, 824,172 arrived by air, while 360,730 arrived by sea via cruise ships.

The 824,172 air arrivals represent an 11.3% increase compared to February 2025 and a 9% increase compared to 2024, the minister noted.

Meanwhile, the 360,730 cruise passengers represent a 17.6% increase compared to February of last year, an 18.9% increase compared to 2024, and a 209.6% increase compared to 2019.

“Combined, these arrivals bring us to the historic figure of 1,184,902 visitors in February alone, once again breaking our own record,” Minister Collado emphasized.

The top source markets for visitors in February were the United States (39%), Canada (24%), Argentina (6%), France (4%), and Colombia (3%).
