DMK Abogados represents the Corporación Aeroportuaria del Este (CAE) in LITIS in administrative headquarters as a result of the Bávaro International Airport Project (AIB)
Since the beginning of 2020, the firm DMK Abogados represents the Corporación Aeroportuaria del Este (CAE) in relation to the project of the Bávaro International Airport (AIB) of the ABRISA Group, alleging a series of irregularities and defects in the approval process and non-compliance with the Permits required for AIB project approval.
CAE’s legal team is coordinated by Enrique De Marchena Kaluche, managing partner of DMK Abogados, together with Luis Julio Jiménez, founding partner of the firm Jiménez Peña, who serves as co – advisor on the case.

The legal team has presented administrative appeals before the Airport Commission of the Dominican Republic, the Ministry of the Environment (MIMAREMA), and the Tourist Development Council (CONFOTUR), in addition to two (2) complaints before the Attorney General’s Office against the corruption of the Dominican Republic (PEPCA)
