Our Managing Partner, Enrique De Marchena Kaluche participated in the Latin American Regional Forum held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, by Gericó Associates. At the forum, the international consulting firm brought together several of the main national firms and was attended by North American firms, in order to discuss the current and future challenges of the legal industry.

The forum discussed important trends in international legal practice, such as the use of technologies for innovation, talent recruitment, hybrid scheduling, fees, and others.

Commenting on the Forum, Enrique de Marchena Kaluche, indicated that the Dominican Republic has taken a place of preponderance in attracting foreign investment not only in Central America and the Caribbean but also in Latin America, after more than 55 years of democracy, sustained economic development, strengthening of institutions, respect for the rule of law and the justice system.

He indicated that this forces lawyers to raise the quality of the intellectual product they deliver to their clients and the service they provide to them as firms.
He thanked Gericó Associates for the initiative taken to hold the Forum in Santo Domingo on this occasion.
