The Ministry of Culture (MINC) and the Dominican Academy of Gastronomy (ADG) signed an inter-institutional cooperation agreement, in order to promote Dominican gastronomy in international settings.

The Minister of Culture, Carmen Heredia, and the president of the Dominican Academy of Gastronomy, Luis Ros, signed the agreement, through which they committed to promoting the coordination of joint actions in order to achieve the effective promotion of culture in foreign spaces gastronomic of the Dominican Republic.

In addition, both institutions committed to proposing ideas, projects, and alliances with the shared vision of promoting the development of the Dominican gastronomic culture and achieving a greater international positioning.

Also, help and participate in the gastronomy committee that the MINC could create and promote, if it deems it pertinent, as long as its financial obligations and economic resources allow it, among other commitments established in the agreement.
