The distinction highlights the hotel chain’s commitment to implementing practices that strengthen the quality of its operations, promote the development of its human talent and elevate the comprehensive experience it offers to guests, contributing to the strengthening of the standards of excellence of the Dominican tourism industry.
“This recognition is a source of pride for the company and, especially, for the employees who, day by day, contribute their talent, dedication and vocation for service to offer memorable experiences to our guests. Receiving this award confirms the value of teamwork and excellence, in addition to the constant search for best practices that are fundamental pillars of our mission,” said Ocete.
