The president of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, led the opening ceremony of the Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana Hotel, for adults only, the first property in the country of Mexico’s leading hotel operator, Grupo Posadas.
During the ribbon-cutting, carried out with the required health and safety protocols, the president was accompanied by the Minister of Tourism, David Collado, and the main executives of Grupo Posadas and the all-inclusive resort, located on the shores of Uvero Alto, at only 30 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Bavaro.
José Carlos Azcárraga, CEO of Grupo Posadas, thanked the Dominican Government for the support they have received for the development of this important project that is part of their international expansion plan to other destinations outside of Mexico.
