In Maimón, we assisted the Senator Hotels chain with the purchase of the three Riu Hotels, a major multinational operation worth US$80 million.
We feel part of the development of Cofresí, since we were lawyers for Hacienda Resorts, Sun Village and Ocean World, among others.
We have assisted and advised multiple ventures, including the Tropical Supermarket owned by the Monagas Family, several multinational companies in free zones, among others.
In Playa Dorada, we advised on the acquisition by national and foreign investors of the Club on the Green Hotel, part of the Barceló Hotel Chain.
In Sosúa we represented the emblematic Sand Castle and Sosúa by the Sea Hotels, among others.
In Cabarete we represented a range of projects such as Punta Goleta, and we continue acting for important investors.
More than 15 years ago, we represented the Curry Family in the purchase of Playa Grande, then owned by the Central Bank. We represent the family to this day.
In Samaná, we advised the Bahia Principe chain when purchasing El Portillo Hotel and later Gran Bahia, among other projects of interest to this hotel group, being the main hotel group in Samaná with largest number of rooms in the country.
We have incorporated more than 500 companies in Puerto Plata.
