Business Development & Marketing Director
Natalia joined the firm and currently heads the Business Development & Marketing Department focused on attracting new clients, preserving client relations, diversifying and expanding the company’s businesses, and continuously improving the services offered by the firm. As a lawyer, she specializes in Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade.
Natalia has vast experience working with the public and private sectors, developing commercial strategies, and designing and implementing institutional modernization projects. She has held high-level government functions related to investment promotion, where she was responsible for the establishment of thirty (30) foreign companies in the Dominican Republic with an average score that exceeds US$ 500 million while also collaborating in the design of the Dominican Investment Promotion Strategy, the modification of Law No. 16-95 on Foreign Investment, the Commercial Promotion Plan of Prodominicana (Dominican Republic’s IPA), the Resolution 05-2017 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that creates Economic and Commercial Sections within Dominican Embassies and Consulates, the project of the One Stop Shop for Investment (VUI), and the framework of the DR’s Country Brand.
