The HHWC will have a conference room to hold 400 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman of Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Hospital of Santiago de los Caballeros (HOMS),&nbsp;Dr. Rafael S\u00e1nchez Espa\u00f1ol, explained that the aim of HOMS continues to be&nbsp;to provide the country and the region with \u201cquality medicine, in step with scientific and technological advances.\u201d&nbsp;While the hotelier will contribute its experience in accommodation and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to bring the&nbsp;<em>Residence Inn by Marriott<\/em>&nbsp;brand to the Dominican Republic, and with it the concept of&nbsp;extended hotel stays.&nbsp;It also gives us the chance to further expand the Marriott International portfolio in the country, where we already&nbsp;have 14 hotels under 9 brands, including the Renaissance, JW Marriott and Autograph Collection Royalton\u201d, said&nbsp;Paula Cerillo, Director of Development for Marriott International in the Caribbean, in statements to&nbsp;<em>Diario de Salud<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The&nbsp;Metropolitan Hospital in Santiago de los Caballeros (Dominican Republic)&nbsp;has announced an agreement with the Marriott International&nbsp;hotel company to jointly develop a project to promote health tourism in the country, under the&nbsp;\u201cResidence Inn by Marriott\u201d&nbsp;brand.
