{"id":5627,"date":"2022-02-14T20:59:20","date_gmt":"2022-02-14T20:59:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dmklawyers.com\/?p=5627"},"modified":"2022-05-09T19:11:05","modified_gmt":"2022-05-09T19:11:05","slug":"dr-already-among-the-global-elite-of-countries-with-the-highest-number-of-certified-airports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dmklawyers.com\/en\/dr-already-among-the-global-elite-of-countries-with-the-highest-number-of-certified-airports\/","title":{"rendered":"DR already among the global elite of countries with the highest number of certified airports"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con la inclusi\u00f3n de los aeropuertos internacionales Casa de Campo, en La Romana y Gregorio Luper\u00f3n, en\u00a0 Puerto Plata, la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana se sit\u00faa entre los pa\u00edses con mayor proporci\u00f3n de aeropuertos certificados en el mundo de acuerdo a las normas recomendadas por la Organizaci\u00f3n de la Aviaci\u00f3n Civil Internacional (OACI).<\/p>\n\n<p>Al ofrecer la informaci\u00f3n, el subdirector general del\u00a0 Instituto Dominicano\u00a0 de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil (IDAC), Hector Porcella, explic\u00f3 que con el avance de ese proceso, el pa\u00eds garantiza el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de seguridad operacional continua y uniforme para todas las aeronaves que utilizan las terminales internacionales que operan en territorio dominicano.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cPara completar la certificaci\u00f3n total de los aeropuertos internacionales del pa\u00eds solo est\u00e1 pendiente el Aeropuerto Mar\u00eda Mont\u00e9s de Barahona, el cual se encuentra en su fase final de certificaci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3 Porcella, luego de hacer entrega, en representaci\u00f3n del director general del IDAC, Rom\u00e1n E. Caama\u00f1o,\u00a0 de los certificados correspondientes a los operadores aeroportuarios de La Romana y Puerto Plata.<\/p>\n\n<p>La certificaci\u00f3n de las dos terminales aeroportuarias fueron recibidas por Luis Rodr\u00edguez Amiama, gerente general, y Milc\u00edades Castillo, director de Operaciones del Aeropuerto\u00a0 Casa de Campo; y por M\u00f3nika Infante, CEO de Aeropuertos Dominicanos (AERODOM); y Carlos Rodoli, director del Aeropuerto Gregorio Luper\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p>Beneficios de la certificaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n<p>H\u00e9ctor Porcella se refiri\u00f3 a los beneficios que aporta al pa\u00eds la\u00a0 certificaci\u00f3n de Las terminales aeroportuarias, resaltando en primer plano, el aumento de los niveles de seguridad y eficiencia de sus\u00a0 \u00a0operaciones, de acuerdo a las exigentes normas trazadas por la OACI; pero tambi\u00e9n cit\u00f3 el fortalecimiento de la competitividad del pa\u00eds como primer destino tur\u00edstico del Caribe, el aumento de la confiabilidad de los diversos\u00a0 operadores a\u00e9reos, y la reducci\u00f3n de los costos de p\u00f3lizas de los operadores.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cCon la Certificaci\u00f3n de los aeropuertos Internacionales de La Romana, Casa de Campo y Gregorio Luper\u00f3n de Puerto Plata, el estado dominicano se sit\u00faa entre los pa\u00edses con m\u00e1s aeropuertos certificados a nivel mundial y de la regi\u00f3n, posicion\u00e1ndonos entre los de mayor cumplimiento a nivel internacional\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 Porcella.<\/p>\n\n<p>Y agreg\u00f3 que el\u00a0 proceso de certificaci\u00f3n de estos aeropuertos se vio afectado por la pandemia del COVID 19, apuntando que\u00a0 gracias a la gesti\u00f3n de las nuevas autoridades del IDAC el proceso se reinici\u00f3 culminando con el evento de entrega de los certificados.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dijo que la gesti\u00f3n llevada a cabo por el IDAC se corresponden no solo con los mandatos de la OACI, sino tambi\u00e9n\u00a0 con el debido cumplimiento del\u00a0 art\u00edculo 174 de la Ley de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil 491-06, con las normativas del Reglamento Aeron\u00e1utico Dominicano (RAD) en sus numerales 14 y 19, y con los\u00a0 acuerdos de\u00a0 la cumbre realizada en Puerto Espa\u00f1a, Trinidad y Tobago en el a\u00f1o 2014.<\/p>\n\n<p>Fuente: List\u00edn Diario<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la inclusi\u00f3n de los aeropuertos internacionales Casa de Campo, en La Romana y Gregorio Luper\u00f3n, en\u00a0 Puerto Plata, la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana se sit\u00faa entre los pa\u00edses con mayor proporci\u00f3n de aeropuertos certificados en el mundo de acuerdo a las&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"_kad_blocks_custom_css":"","_kad_blocks_head_custom_js":"","_kad_blocks_body_custom_js":"","_kad_blocks_footer_custom_js":"","_kad_post_transparent":"","_kad_post_title":"","_kad_post_layout":"","_kad_post_sidebar_id":"","_kad_post_content_style":"","_kad_post_vertical_padding":"","_kad_post_feature":"","_kad_post_feature_position":"","_kad_post_header":false,"_kad_post_footer":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[149],"tags":[127],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.7 -
