According to him, this will allow for the creation of new hotels with higher levels of infrastructure, services, and offerings.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Connectivity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marchena assured <em>elDinero<\/em> that the Dominican Republic has superior air connectivity compared to other countries in the Caribbean and Central America, thanks not only to its geographic location but also to the frequency of flights, the number of airlines, and international airports. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This is a level of connection that only Cancun in Mexico has,&#8221; he stated. Meanwhile, another former president of Asonahores, David Llibre, stated that the Dominican Republic must continue working on airspace and improve routes, as he believes this will increase the number of visitors to the country so it can continue to grow &#8220;touristically.&#8221; He also highlighted the need to work on land use planning in tourist hotspots.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*Source:
