She is an expert in the field of labor law and social security. She assists national and international companies in issues concerning the termination of employment contracts, payment plans, hiring, workers\u2019 rights, policies, negotiations with unions, and labor litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, Vanessa has extensive experience in contract law, intellectual property, company and corporate law, tax law, maritime law, aviation law, distribution law, competition law and private international business law, which makes her a multidisciplinary lawyer involved in handling the most important client matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM, Dominican Republic) in 2011, and completed her Master\u2019s Degree in Private Law from Universit\u00e9 Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, France, in 2014 as well as a Master\u2019s Degree in Contract Law from Universit\u00e9 de Toulon, France, in 2015.
